Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our design studio located in Noida.
Q. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
A. No.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 3-4 business weeks for all orders to arrive in case the product is readily available. Please note that all our products are hand woven and made at our studio so it might take longer for orders to arrive.
Q. Is shipping FREE?
A. Yes, Shipping is FREE all over India.
Q. Do you provide a refund or return in case I face any issues with the product?
A. No, we do not provide a refund in any case. It is to understand that all our products are handmade by artisans and minor errors are to be expected and embraced. However, if you still are not satisfied, we might provide you an exchange, if an exchange request is registered within 7 days of receiving the order.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 1-2 business days in case we have your order in our inventory. In case of any customization, or made-to-order piece, it would take 1-2 weeks to provide a tracking number.
Q. Where is your company located?
A. Noida, Delhi-NCR, India.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders (NOTE: Please contact us through mail if you don't receive one within 12 hours)

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc.

A. You can be sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.
Q. How to cancel my order?
A. Since all our products are handmade with the utmost care, cancellation of an order might result in a wastage of time and effort. If you still wish to cancel an order, you will have a 12-hour window only, to book your cancellations.
