To process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We do not provide refund options on our pieces as each product we make is handcrafted and requires a lot of time and effort. However, in cases of production error or customer dissatisfaction exchange/return can only be offered as a remake (in case of a faulty piece) or store credit which you can use later.

In case of a return, please ensure the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

A defect complaint and return request must be filed within 7 Days of delivery.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

In cases where a return/exchange is authorized from our side, we offer an easy process. To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you if the reason is found valid. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. 

In cases of return/exchange, the customer is supposed to book and bear shipping. 

 

STORE CREDIT

In cases where a return has been authorized from our side, once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a store credit point equivalent to your purchase amount to appear in your profile. INVALID REASONS

The buyer should make sure they want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
